Camera Stuffz wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your camera, or camcorder or lens, you may exchange or return it within 30 days after your purchase. Please note that for a return, you must have original receipt and packaging. There is a minimum 10% restocking fee on all items that are $1500 or more.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form of payment used at the time of purchase. Once the product is received and inspected we will immediately credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase.
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Camera Stuffz within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer’s packaging.
DO NOT fill out the manufacturer’s warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment. Keep your Invoice with your important records. Read all instruction manuals BEFORE testing your equipment. Camera Stuffz will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility is for the monetary value of the merchandise.
